In addition to using the system for real-time freight exchange 'match-making' and networking, Haulage Exchange also offers a fully-featured transaction hub for each road haulage deal. This means that Haulage Exchange members can confirm their deals online, and automatically send orders via fax, email and mobile data (via CX Mobile).
We hold all the freight exchange contact details online, so you don't need to input sundry new supplier accounts into your booking system. PODs are inputted online or via mobile data, and invoice production and reconciliation is also available if required. A suite of reports is available, including haulage load delivery performance ratings.
Tramp simplifies the administration involved when dealing with multiple sub-contractors and road haulage partner companies, and gives smaller companies accurate reporting on their order book and outstanding balances. |

Once a freight exchange deal has been agreed verbally, both parties will receive:
- An online record of the deal.
- A comprehensive fax, email & SMS confirmation
- POD (including signature if the sub-contractor has the appropriate subscription to CX Mobile). Daily, weekly and monthly reports on who you've used or who you've worked for.
- Facility to create and send advice notes and VAT invoices.
- Create statements for sub-contractor pay and invoices raised.
