Accreditation & Compliance

Before any business is given the green light to go live on the exchange we require copies of all relevant documents for the business in order to establish suitability such as insurance certificates, Operators Licence, proof of address, certificate of incorporation, association memberships etc.

These documents are inspected by our Admin Team and lodged in our Compliance Management System for monitoring.

Members also have access to all their documents so they can ensure that these are always kept up to date – a unique traffic light system alerts when a document is due for renewal. Documents can also be shared with other approved trading partners on the Exchange – a big time saver over manual systems.

New for Spring 2013 – members can now also upload and manage compliance-type documents for all their own drivers and vehicles, plus regular sub-contractors. These details are kept private to the account holder.

Feedback and Complaint Management

As a member starts to trade with other businesses on the Exchange, we encourage all members to participate in the Exchange feedback programme – this is a unique system which regularly receives over 10,000 feedbacks each and every month.

Participating in this helps identify the good trading businesses on the Exchange and also assists with our pro-active monitoring of activity across the Exchange.

Feedback can be left by both parties to a transaction. Any formal complaints lodged through the system are thoroughly investigated by our Account Managers.
