The order can be faxed or emailed through the freight exchange, and this creates a record for both you and the sub-contractor. The POD can be entered online (through CX Mobile if the sub-contractor has the right phone or PDA) and there's a suite of reports available. The sub-contractor also has the facility to raise their Vat invoice through the system, allowing for easy & quick invoice reconciliation.

We have a very useful, low cost mobile freight forwarding despatch system – CX Mobile. This allows you to transmit the booking details to your sub-contractor's phone or PDA – so no more excuses about mis-heard job timings or collection addresses!
