Commercial Vehicle Show 2006
The 2006 Commercial Vehicle Show, Britain’s largest and most successful road transport industry event, was a great success for Haulage Exchange. With every day producing more interested customers and sign ups to our freight forwarding network and an impressive number of road haulage professionals interested in using our freight exchange services to maximise their business’ potential by getting more backloads, the show was an excellent few days for the company.
Haulage Exchange exhibited at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2006 alongside many other transport industry companies to a record breaking 29,000 visitors. The Haulage Exchange Team were on hand throughout the show providing full demonstrations and comprehensive guides to all the new and exciting freight exchange services to existing clients, while showing new road haulage customers the existing functions.
This year saw the launch of the Haulage Exchange "Interactive Freight Search Map", an exciting new initiative that allows road haulage customers to visual view and track their loads and backloads across the UK and Europe, which was an excellent new feature to be able to show to existing transport industry customers and helped ensnare a few new ones too.
